The staff of AlmaU Open Library went on a business trip

From April 15 to 22, the staff of AlmaU Open Library went on a business trip to the North Kazakhstan region — the village of Lobanovo, Ayyrtau district — where large-scale events were held at the Zeynep Higher Multidisciplinary College: a business conference and an open day titled “Nauryz – Start: Future Professionals – Smart and Sporty”.

The AlmaU Open Library team took an active part in the conference, where speakers presented their innovative business projects. For this event, library staff prepared three vibrant book exhibitions in the college lobby. The atmosphere of the conference was incredibly inspiring — filled with dialogue, exchange of experience, new ideas, and lively communication.

Particular attention was drawn to the presentation of books donated by the Sh. Ualikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology, conducted by the library staff. These books represent a truly valuable contribution to the promotion of Kazakhstan’s history, the development of patriotic spirit, and civic responsibility among the younger generation. In addition, the library staff held an introductory seminar on AlmaU’s electronic resources, which will undoubtedly be a great support in providing college teachers and students with modern educational materials and tools.

The business trip left vivid impressions, useful contacts, and opened up new horizons for development.

We thank Zeynep College for the warm welcome, the high level of organization, and the opportunity to be part of such an important event!
