        Under the agreement of JSC "The National Center of Scientific and Technical Information" (JSC "NCSTI") with the publishing house Wiley-Blackwell (USA) in research and educational organizations of Kazakhstan have online test access from 09 July to 31 December 2015 to the platform Wiley Online Library.
