The Workshop "New humanitarian knowledge. 100 textbooks in Kazakh: optimizing the use of translated literature in teaching basic and elective disciplines, as well as in special courses"

In April 2017, Elbasy made a program article “Looking into the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness”. In this work, he identified the main directions of modernization of the consciousness of society and each Kazakhstani: competitiveness; pragmatism; preservation of national identity; cult of knowledge; evolutionary development of the country and openness of consciousness. To ensure development in these areas, Elbasy instructed to develop and implement a number of specific projects. These projects were then integrated into the single Rukhani Zhangyru Program.

On October 30, 2019, within the framework of the «Рухани Жаңғыру» program in Almaty, Management University  hosted a workshop "New humanitarian knowledge. 100 textbooks in Kazakh: optimizing the use of translated literature in teaching basic and elective disciplines, as well as in special courses".

MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
● Implementation of the “Рухани Жаңғыру” program in the field of modernization of public consciousness;
● Familiarization of the University’s teaching staff with world-class translated textbooks, which are used by leading world universities - California and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, Princeton, Cambridge universities;
● Widespread introduction of the above books in the educational processes of all specialties of the University;
● Harmonization of intercultural, interethnic and interfaith relations, fostering a culture of tolerance;
● Organization of cultural exchange, contributing to the expansion, strengthening and enrichment of international and inter-regional ethnic ties.
